Job summary

HKBN is seeking a Consultant - Solution Specialist (System & Infrastructure) to support pre-sales activities for IT solutions, work with the sales team to identify opportunities, lead business discussions, and tailor competitive solutions to clients.

You will respond to RFIs/RFPs, present solutions, and assist in transitioning projects from sale to delivery, leveraging your IT knowledge and excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in computer or business administration related.
• Strong people skills and ability to engage different organizations.
• Holding IT related certification will be a definite advantage.
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft office applications ( Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word ).
• Process good presentation, writing, negotiation, analytics, problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and an ability to collaborate as a team.
• Less IT project experience would be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supports pre-sales activity of IT ( mainly is System and Platform ) solution offerings and service contracts review & renewal
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and explore business opportunities and turn them into revenues
• Lead a business discussion, influence client's decisions, and establish/maintain good relationship with clients
• Be involved in client engagement activities to understand technical needs for the clients' business
• Tailor-make competitive solutions and product collateral to clients
• Respond to RFI/RFP and responsible for solution and technical write-up
• Present solution and conduct demonstration to clients
• Assist in the project transition from selling to project delivery
