Job summary

Info HK Security Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to bridge business challenges and technical solutions. You will partner with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design robust architectures, lead technical presentations, and drive deals from qualification through proposal handoff.

Responsibilities include client discovery, RFP/Proposal contributions, architectural diagrams, BOMs, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales solution architecture and architecture workshops.
• Strong customer-focused approach with stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication with C-level and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and architecture workshops
• Translate complex customer business requirements into scalable, reliable solution architectures
• Define solution scope, technical boundaries, and high-level project milestones
• Author and review comprehensive technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and customer proposals (scope of work, assumptions, milestones, and deliverable definitions)
• Develop architectural diagrams, configuration concepts, and accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Evaluate and articulate product suitability, trade-offs, and competitive differentiators across different deployment scenarios
• Design and execute tailored product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical evaluations
• Build lab environments, establish validation criteria, and deliver clear test reports to prove value
• Effectively communicate complex technical value propositions to both C-level executives and technical practitioners
• Actively resolve technical objections, dependencies, and implementation risks during the pre-sales cycle
