Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related discipline.
• 15 years’ experience with 10+ years in IT project governance, PMO leadership, or large-scale program delivery.
• Proven success in financial services, investment banking, brokerage, or similar regulated industries.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of PMO functions, governance, and SDLC methodologies.
• Understanding of IT cost allocation and management.
• Understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and front-to-back business processes.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Provide regular updates to department heads and Beijing HQ

The PMO Director works as a _ hands-on individual contributor _ in the PMO team as a key liaison between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and headquarters, ensuring transparency, prioritization discipline, and execution excellence across all IT initiatives.
