Job Description
- Lead the full project life cycle, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of key infrastructure initiatives.
- Manage diverse technical projects such as network upgrades, server migrations, data center consolidations, cloud deployments, and IT transformation programs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and work breakdown structures using industry-standard tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior management and stakeholders utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks by developing robust contingency plans and managing formal change control processes.
- Facilitate effective project communication through regular status reports, steering committee meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Oversee financial management by developing budgets, tracking Capex and Opex, and managing the procurement process from Request for Proposal to vendor selection.
- Ensure all infrastructure projects adhere to corporate policies, industry best practices, and stringent regulatory compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management, specifically focused on IT or infrastructure environments.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of ownership and the ability to manage complex infrastructure‑related tasks and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills to manage project budgets, analyze financial variances, and report on discrepancies.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools and a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
