You will govern large programs, drive execution from initiation to closure, and maintain transparency across IT, business units, and headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related discipline.
• 15 years’ experience with 10+ years in IT project governance, PMO leadership, or large-scale program delivery.
• Proven success in financial services, investment banking, brokerage, or similar regulated industries.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of PMO functions, governance, and SDLC methodologies.
• Understanding of IT cost allocation and management.
• Understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and front-to-back business processes.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, PMO guidelines, and regulatory expectations.
• Align PMO processes with headquarters requirement and standards to ensure smooth cross-border communications
• Provide regular updates to department heads and Beijing HQ
• Drive execution of strategic enterprise-level programs from initiation to closure
• Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Facilitate communication of strategic priorities and ensure alignment of IT initiatives.
• Serve as a coordination point between IT, business units, and HQ.
