Job summary

JustOneGalaxy Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced PMO/Transformation Analyst to support program governance, strategic planning, and executive reporting across the bank's Technology Division. The role focuses on driving roadmaps, business cases, and KPI tracking to enable informed decisions.

The candidate will coordinate with senior management, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and clear communications in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy execution, or related operational functions.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or technology initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of project/portfolio management frameworks and governance methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, ITSM, Digital Transformation, or Technology Strategy frameworks is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

The candidate will work closely with senior management, project sponsors, and stakeholders across the bank's Technology Division.
