Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services, LLC is seeking a PMO Analyst to join its Portfolio & Governance team in Hong Kong and Macau. You will drive portfolio reporting, dashboards, and governance materials across multiple streams, collaborating with senior business and technology stakeholders.

You will consolidate updates, manage Jira and Confluence reporting structures, and support steering committees in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, balancing waterfall and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Project Coordination, or Project Governance roles.
• Strong experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Advanced Jira and Confluence skills.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, project reporting packs, and governance materials.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise and actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and reporting across a portfolio of business and technology projects.
• Consolidate project updates, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource information.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPI reports, and executive presentations.
• Produce high-quality materials for steering committees and senior leadership meetings.
• Manage and optimize Jira and Confluence reporting structures.
• Ensure projects comply with governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes.
• Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and decision-making activities.
• Work within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.

The Role
