Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a PMO Analyst to join the Portfolio & Governance team in Hong Kong. You will support governance, reporting, and the delivery of a diverse technology portfolio across Hong Kong and Macau, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

The role focuses on ensuring leadership has clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance, with responsibilities spanning dashboards, executive materials, and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Project Coordination, or Project Governance roles.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Advanced Jira and Confluence skills.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, project reporting packs, and governance materials.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and reporting across a portfolio of business and technology projects.
• Consolidate project updates, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource information.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPI reports, and executive presentations.
• Produce high-quality materials for steering committees and senior leadership meetings.
• Manage and optimize Jira and Confluence reporting structures.
• Ensure projects comply with governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes.
• Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and decision-making activities.
• Work within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
