Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a PMO Analyst to join its Portfolio & Governance team across Hong Kong and Macau. You will ensure leaders have clear visibility of project progress, risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance, supporting governance and reporting across multiple initiatives.

You will develop executive dashboards, consolidate updates, and optimize Jira/Confluence reporting, enabling informed decision-making in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years PMO/Portfolio/Project governance experience
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or programs
• Advanced Jira and Confluence skills
• Experience creating executive dashboards and governance materials
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise insights
• Fast-paced, evolving environment experience

Responsibilities

• Support governance and reporting across a portfolio of business and technology projects
• Consolidate project updates, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource information
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPI reports, and executive presentations
• Produce materials for steering committees and senior leadership meetings
• Manage and optimize Jira and Confluence reporting structures
• Ensure projects comply with governance frameworks and delivery processes
• Monitor project health and identify risks, bottlenecks, dependencies
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across workstreams
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and decision-making activities
• Work within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments

The Role

You will be a key member of the PMO function, responsible for ensuring leadership has clear visibility of project progress, risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio performance.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Project Coordination, or Project Governance roles
• Strong experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or programs
• Advanced Jira and Confluence skills
• Experience creating executive dashboards, project reporting packs, and governance materials
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise and actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Chinese reading and writing skills are highly desirable
