In this role, you will collaborate closely with the PMO team and project managers to drive the seamless delivery of high-impact IT projects. Project Support: Partner with the PMO team and project managers to plan, execute, and monitor diverse IT projects across the portfolio.
Documentation & Tracking: Maintain and update project schedules, status reports, documentation, and dynamic dashboards. Closely track deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure full alignment with strategic goals.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular, clear project and portfolio status reports tailored for key stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination: Facilitate project meetings, document accurate minutes, and follow up diligently on outstanding action items.
Governance & Process: Drive risk, issue, and change management processes smoothly across multiple initiatives, ensuring all documentation adheres strictly to company and PMO standards.
Process Enhancement: Participate actively in reviewing and refining PMO processes, tools, and templates, while collecting and analyzing project data to support smart decision-making.
Technical Expertise: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and standard project management tools such as MS Project.
Work Experience: Between 1-3 Years of strong project management administration experience.
Educational Requirements: Higher Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Project Management or related studies.
Core Competencies: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You are intensely detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities seamlessly.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional team environments.
Language Capabilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, including fluency in Cantonese and strong written English skills.
