Willing Capital Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to manage the Director's schedule, travel, and personal affairs while overseeing household operations.
The role requires a degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with biliteracy in Chinese and English (Cantonese, English, Mandarin) and strong MS Office skills. Flexibility for travel and multi-tasking is essential.
Manage the Director's personal schedule and logistics, including travel bookings, visa applications, medical appointments and day-to-day personal errands.
Oversee household operations, including supervision of domestic staff, home maintenance and renovation projects, property management and other ad hoc household tasks.
Coordinate family-related arrangements such as children's schooling, tuition and extracurricular schedules, and care arrangements for elderly family members.
Handle personal administrative matters — bills, insurance renewals, memberships, tax-related documents and correspondence.
Plan and organize family events, gatherings and special occasions.
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
A bachelor's degree or above.
At least 5 years of relevant experience — ideally supporting C-suite executives, or in a family office.
Biliterate in Chinese and English, trilingual in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and quick to pick up new tools and apps.
A team player with high integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness.
Detail-minded and well-organized, able to work independently, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Mature, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
Flexible with working hours when needed and willing to travel.
