Job summary

The Henderson Hospitality Limited, operator behind The Henderson venues, seeks an exceptional Supervisor / Captain for Peridot to lead daily operations and beverage service in a fast-paced, iconic setting.

You will monitor stock, collaborate on menu and cocktails, and deliver service excellence. Requirements include 3–5 years in hotel or catering, WSET a plus, strong bartending, and good English. 5-day work week with medical and dental insurance, meal allowance, and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment with minimum 1 year in similar position.
• Wine or spirits qualifications (e.g., WSET) will be an advantage.
• Strong bartending skills and spirits knowledge.
• Proactive and positive attitude with a focus on service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations and mis-en place
• Monitor beverage stock levels and inventory while adhering to safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Collaborate with management on menu development, cocktail specials, promotions and events.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
