Job summary

The Henderson Hospitality Limited is seeking an Integrated Support Services Officer to join our luxury hospitality team in Hong Kong. You will handle F&B reservations inquiries, maintain booking records, and liaise with departments to ensure smooth guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills, and are proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Previous hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle F&B reservations enquiries via phone, email and other channels professionally.
• Maintain updated reservation records and ensure accurate booking details in the system.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth guest service and communication.
• Follow up on booking confirmations, guest requirements and operational arrangements.
• Support daily reservation and administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle F&B reservations enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain updated reservation records and ensure all booking details are correctly entered into the system.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest service.
• Follow up on booking confirmations, guest requirements, and operational arrangements.
• Support daily reservation and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services, or related administrative work is preferred.
• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Familiar with reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and maintain a professional attitude.
