We are seeking a proactive, bilingual professional with strong bar operations experience and a passion for guest excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ bar operations experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Monitoring service pace, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations and mise-en-place.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and service teams to ensure smooth service.
• Upsell popular items to boost restaurant revenue.
• Assist service leader with order follow-ups and guest flow.
• Maintain Forbes Travel Guide standards through attentive service.
• Support management with daily reports and inventory checks.
