Job summary

The Henderson Hospitality Limited is seeking an exceptional Mixologist to join our luxury hospitality portfolio in Hong Kong. You will craft innovative cocktails, collaborate with the beverage team, and deliver top-tier service to guests across multiple venues including Akira Back, Hana no Kumo, Peridot, and Cloud 39.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in hotels or high-volume venues, knowledge of wines and spirits, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment.
• Wine or spirits qualifications (e.g., WSET) will be an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service.
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Provide menu recommendations and engage guests with professionalism and confidence
• Collaborate with the beverage team to develop unique syrups, infusions, tinctures, and seasonal cocktail menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, tools, and workstations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience

Requirements

• 3-5 years' relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment with minimum 1 year in similar position
• Wine or spirits qualifications (e.g., WSET) will be an advantage
• Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese
