You will coordinate with Corporate Communication, IT, Legal, Compliance and other teams to ensure timely execution and optimal use of the bank's channels. A strong grasp of market trends and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in communications marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience; credit card business exposure is a plus
• Strong business acumen with excellent project management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Creative, flexible, well-organized and able to meet tight timelines
• Proficient in Chinese (Putonghua) and English; MS Office proficiency required
• Senior Manager level for 10–15 years' experience

Responsibilities

• Devise credit card spending stimulation and merchant promotion strategies for various segments
• Manage end-to-end market program execution from merchant liaison to post-program evaluation
• Monitor business performance and propose catch-up actions
• Develop and maintain strong network with business partners
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize communication channels and results
• Handle customer enquiries and fulfillment for marketing programs
• Manage budget and vendor payments with finance
