Job summary

OKX in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Creative Lead to shape performance advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will translate crypto propositions into compelling ad messaging and manage external vendors to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.

You will collaborate with media, design and product teams, iterating based on campaign data to improve CTR, CVR and ROI, with strong English skills and familiarity with crypto advertising.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in performance ad strategy and creative production.
• Established network of external vendors and project management skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin beneficial for cross-regional teams.
• Familiarity with finance and crypto/digital asset space; user perspective a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Iterate on creative direction using campaign data to improve CTR, CVR and ROI.
• Translate crypto/product propositions into compelling ad messaging for multiple channels.
• Manage external vendors (agencies, production teams, KOLs) ensuring quality, timelines and costs.
• Track industry trends to craft differentiated asset strategies.
• Collaborate with media buying, design and product teams from concept to launch.
