Job summary

moomoo in Hong Kong is seeking a senior performance marketing lead to own multi-channel user acquisition for the Moomoo App. You will manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms, and build scalable regional growth playbooks.

You will collaborate with creative, data and product teams to translate insights into high-performing ads and landing experiences, while using AI tools to improve efficiency and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years overseas performance marketing / UA experience.
• Hands-on campaign management on Meta, Google, TikTok, X or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance user acquisition for Moomoo App in target markets via Meta, Google, TikTok, X and other ad channels.
• Analyze local investor personas, investment behaviors and user decision journeys and build multi-channel ad strategies.
• Optimize ad account structure, targeting, bidding and placements to lift full-funnel conversion efficiency.
• Build ad performance and attribution dashboards and run A/B tests to iterate strategies.
• Partner with creative, data and product teams to turn insights into ad creative directions and improve landing experience.
• Use AI tools to boost efficiency in ad operations, creatives and analytics.
