Job summary

OKX is seeking an Ad Creative Strategist to lead creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising across major channels. The role requires data-driven iteration to boost CTR, CVR, and ROI, translating complex crypto propositions into clear messaging for diverse audiences.

You will manage external vendors and collaborate with media buying, design, and product teams to ensure efficient end-to-end execution from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performance ad creative strategy and production.
• Strong understanding of finance or crypto preferred.
• Proven ability to source and manage external vendors across multiple projects.
• Excellent English communication and cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Iterate on creative direction based on campaign data to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI.
• Translate complex crypto propositions into compelling ad messaging.
• Manage external vendors, controlling output quality, timelines, and costs.
• Collaborate with media buying, design, and product teams to execute from concept to launch.
