You will build risk control systems, analyze funnel data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve usability and operational efficiency across markets.

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in internet finance or blockchain are preferred, with fluency in Chinese and English and a proactive, responsible mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 7+ years in internet finance, blockchain, or digital currency industries preferred.
• Extensive operations management experience with exposure to multiple global markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business to drive growth.
• Establish growth strategies by integrating real business scenarios with data analysis and market insights.
• Build a user risk control and quality management system and refine risk control models.
• Maintain data sensitivity and provide actionable analytics and guidance for product direction.
