Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative team player; adapt to feedback and address challenges during change processes.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning; define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate cross-department teams to ensure execution and accountability.
• Monitor progress; identify risks and issues to keep projects on track.
• Conduct status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Apply project management methodologies to enhance efficiency.
