Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end banking transformation initiatives in Hong Kong. You will drive governance, planning, and delivery, coordinating with technology teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

The role requires 7–15 years in banking or financial services, PMP or Agile/Scrum certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage complex programs and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 7-15 years of experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to transformation programs.
• Proven track record in project management and delivery.
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system architecture at a conceptual level.
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Retail Banking & Wealth products and regulatory frameworks.
• Certification in PMP or Agile/Scrum.
