Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited invites an experienced Change & Transformation leader to own end-to-end payment operations initiatives, from business case development to testing, deployment and post-launch stabilization.

You will drive operational readiness for ISO 20022 rollout and RTGS upgrades, design target operating models for cross-border and instant payments, and govern the change portfolio with focus on risk, efficiency and client impact.

Qualifications

5 years in corporate banking, global transaction services, or financial market infrastructure.
5 years in change management, project management, or operations transformation in payments.
Proven experience leading large-scale technology implementations and re-engineering programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of major payment operations projects from business case to post-go-live stabilization.
Drive operational readiness for ISO 20022 rollout and RTGS upgrades.
Design target operating models for cross-border payments and instant payment schemes.
Govern the change portfolio for Payment Operations with focus on regulatory risk, efficiency, and client impact.
Act as liaison between Payment Operations, Product, Technology, and Client Service teams while translating requirements into epics.
