Job summary

OSL Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Trading Operations & Clearing Lead to take executive ownership of global multi-currency deposit and payout operations, client money safeguarding, liquidity management and daily payment processing.

You will partner with Banks, PSPs and product/tech teams to automate back-office workflows, establish SOPs, and ensure regulatory compliance for cross-border remittance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of payments industry experience.
• Experience safeguarding client money and regulatory compliance.
• Deep knowledge of payment rails and cross-border remittance workflows.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; HK-based or willing to relocate.
• Professional credentials (ACCA/CPA/CFA) and a finance/economics degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily settlement, payouts, and cross-border payments.
• Safeguard client money per HK SFC rules and banking standards.
• Improve workflows with product and tech teams; automate back-office ops.
• Manage banks, PSPs, and regulatory inquiries.
