Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY is seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to drive operational transformation across the retail banking operations in Hong Kong. You will oversee 20+ Business Analysts and Project Managers to redesign workflows, migrate systems, and expand nearshoring to the bank's service center.

The role focuses on leading end-to-end process re-engineering across Payments, Trade Finance, Loans, and Account Services, while driving automation, efficiency, and risk-aware agile operating models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in banking with deep retail operations expertise.
• 7–10 years leading large-scale process re-engineering or digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams of 15–20 professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process re-engineering across core retail banking functions (Payments, Trade Finance, Loans, Account Services).
• Drive automation, STP enhancement, and cost reduction to improve operational efficiency.
• Bridge Retail Banking Front Office and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Spearhead the design and rollout of future-state operating models balancing agility with risk control.
• Foster continuous improvement using data-driven insights for smarter, faster decisions.
• Champion the Operation Hub strategy, scaling offshore capabilities.
• Manage transformation budgets and ensure regulatory and risk standards are met.
