Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) invites a strategic leader to head the Depository Payment & Transformation team within DPS, driving modernization and growth across post-trade capabilities. Qualifications

12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership or management role within financial services, market infrastructure, logistics and supply chain, vault management or other highly regulated environments.
Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation, modernization, operational excellence, or strategic change programs with measurable business outcomes.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities with experience developing future leaders and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and execution oversight for transformation and modernization initiatives within DPS.
Own end-to-end fee and payment-related processes and governance of market implementations.
Lead engagement with registrars, regulators, market participants and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
Drive the AI, digitalization and modernization agenda including process automation and AI-enabled operational solutions.
Develop future-state operating models, governance frameworks and control standards to support growth and compliance.
