Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and grow the Payment Business for Retail Banking & Wealth to optimize profitable growth and achieve targets.
• Develop new products or features and enhance service propositions for payments and transaction banking.
• Support strategic development of Payment Business for long term growth.
• Participate in strategic development and implementation of global and local propositions related to payments.
• Foster teamwork within Payments & FX Products and other departments.
• Collaborate with other departments on executing payments and related matters.
• Coach junior teammates to provide support managing the business.
