Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking a kitchen team member to support daily hotel dining operations. You will wash, peel, and cut fruits; carry pans and trays; set up buffet displays; and assist colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hong Kong’s premier hotel district.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in hospitality; English, Putonghua and Cantonese are advantageous. A higher diploma in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, catering, baking or food production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to solve problems.
• Diploma in hospitality or tourism is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Works with associates to support hotel dining operations.
• Washes, peels, and cuts fruits; prepares food items.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays to/from workstations.
• Stores foods in designated areas and sets up buffet presentations.
• Assists colleagues and maintains clean work areas and utensils.
• Participates in quality control and guest satisfaction efforts.
