Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong, part of HSH Group, is seeking energetic applicants for a kitchen role. You will prepare food according to training, follow recipes, and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.

Excellent interpersonal and Cantonese and basic English skills are required. If you are polite, eager to learn, and motivated, this role offers the chance to work at a world-class hotel and contribute to outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships
• Good command in Cantonese and Basic English is required
• Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude

Responsibilities

• Prepares food in line with training received
• Follows recipes and instructions
• Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
• Adheres to hygiene schedules, cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s P&P
