Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin invites a Pastry Chef de Partie / Commis to support our Pastry Kitchen. You will prepare and produce pastries, cakes, desserts and breads to Hyatt quality standards and timelines.

The role requires maintaining food hygiene and assisting in daily pastry operations within a busy hotel environment. Ideally you hold a Diploma/Certificate in Pastry Arts or Hospitality Management and have at least 1 year of relevant hotel/bakery experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Pastry Arts or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant pastry experience in hotel, bakery, or restaurant.
• Knowledge of pastry production and food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pastries, cakes, desserts, breads according to recipes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the Pastry Kitchen.
• Support smooth and efficient kitchen operations and assist team.
