Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Western pastry kitchen experience.
• High school or vocational certificate in food & beverage or hospitality management.
• Hygiene supervisor certificate or above is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of pastries and desserts per standardized recipes to ensure quality.
• Assist the Pastry Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Prepare food for banquets and events, ensuring timely completion and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment per food safety standards.
