Job summary

CUIT Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to prepare and execute a diverse menu of sandwiches, desserts, and pastries in a fast-paced daily operation.

You will maintain HACCP hygiene standards, manage daily kitchen tasks, assist with inventory and ordering, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. 1 year of commercial kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of commercial kitchen experience.
• Passion for food and pastries with simple, well-executed flavours.
• Detailed oriented, neat and organised.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute to the highest standard a diverse menu of food items, including sandwiches and desserts
• Ability to prepare and bake pastries for daily shop operation
• Manage and execute daily kitchen operations
• Refine & innovate production according to seasonality and changing customers need
• Track, maintain and manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies
• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Participate in training other team members and foster a positive and collaborative environment
• Candidate with more experience might be considered for a chef position
• Passion for foodand pastries - simple, well-executed flavours
