Job summary

SCMP is seeking a Senior HR Executive in the Compensations & Benefits and Operations team based in Causeway Bay. This part-time role supports end-to-end HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage onboarding, visa and relocation, reference checks, terminations, tax filings, and ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, visa, relocation, reference checks, terminations, tax return filings.
• Compute accurate final settlements and payroll-related processes for designated departments.
• Manage benefits enrollment, eMPF enrollment, and rental reimbursement.
• Handle day-to-day admin: invoices, document/letter generation, leave approvals.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects and urgent requests.
