Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking a high-caliber HR leader for a HK-based conglomerate. You will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and organizational development.

The role focuses on revamping the Compensation & Benefits framework, ensuring compliance with HK labor laws, overseeing HRIS and reporting, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports growth and transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field.
  • Solid experience in HR operations and management.
  • Proven understanding of Hong Kong labor laws.
  • Experience liaising with multiple internal stakeholders to coordinate HR cycles and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advisory, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive the end-to-end revamp of the Compensation & Benefits framework, including salary benchmarking, job grading, benefits review, incentive schemes, and policy enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards while managing employee records, contracts, and HR audits.
  • Oversee HR operations and HRIS administration, continuously improving processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, strengthen employee retention, and support growth.

The Role

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Solid work experience in handling HR operations and management, ideally within HK based property industry.
  • Proven understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience liaising with multiple internal stakeholders to coordinate HR cycles and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a must.
