Qualifikationen

• University graduate, preferably with a major in Finance or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking sector.
• HKIB qualification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
• Solid understanding of banking policies, procedures, practices, and regulations.
• Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).

Aufgaben

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing regular reports, business and strategic plans, management memos, new product papers, and project proposals submitted by overseas, Macau and Taiwan branches, and prepare / submit the same to Senior Management for approval.
• Monitor the performance of overseas, Macau and Taiwan branches against approved key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with the Bank's targets.
• Provide support in managing human resources matters for overseas, Macau and Taiwan branches, including recruitment, remuneration package review, succession planning and talent development.
• Collaborate with overseas, Macau and Taiwan branches on new business initiatives, as well as development and promotion of new products.
• Support the monitoring of liquidity and funding requirements of overseas, Macau and Taiwan branches.
• Perform regular and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
