Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a (Deputy) Business Strategy Manager for the Institutional Business Department to aid in southern- and southeast-Asia strategic planning and execution. You will liaise with overseas entities, drive initiatives, and support performance measurement to foster sustainable growth.

Required are a degree or higher, experience in banking strategy or relationship management, and strong English/Chinese communication with Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in relevant disciplines; IT/FinTech knowledge is advantageous.
• 2 years or above relevant banking experience in strategic planning or relationship management; SEA exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project-management skills; fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, creative and adaptable to new challenges.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese input method.

Responsabilités

• Business Planning and Execution: assist in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives for Southeast Asia entities; coordinate with overseas teams.
• Management Reporting and Decision Support: provide updates to management with analytical insights to enable informed decisions.
• Performance Management: help establish and monitor KPIs for Southeast Asia entities and support local teams in achieving objectives.
