Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited invites applications for a role within the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department. You will assist in operational risk management, monitor control weaknesses and supervise staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will also provide business support to local, Southeast Asian and overseas units, coordinate related procedures, and ensure staff receive appropriate training on products and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 1 year or above experience in retail banking with at least 1 year managerial experience.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiar with English and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsabilités

• Assist supervisors to apply operational risk management tools to identify, assess, monitor and control operation risk; supervise subordinates to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Provide business support and guidance to different units of the Group, including local, Southeast Asian and overseas operations.
• Supervise subordinates to ensure frontline staff’s ethical behavior and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
