Job summary

TWO MACDONNELL ROAD is seeking a Guest Services Agent to handle check-in/check-out, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with courteous service. You will coordinate across departments to resolve guest and operational issues during overnight shifts in our HK hotel.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality diploma or above, is service-oriented with Front Office knowledge, and is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation.
• Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Required to work the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way
• Provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints
• Achieve the high level of guest’s satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner
• Ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively
• Handle other daily departmental operation issues
