Job summary

The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking a frontline hotel receptionist to manage guest check-in/out and inquiries at the lobby in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel industry.
• Possess higher diploma or above of hospitality / hotel major.
• Independent & confident to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with excellent communication skills; additional language would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform lobby reception duties including hotel guests check in & check out, enquires, and cashier.
• Greet VIP guests.
• Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets.
• Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis.
