Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our Front Office team. You will provide check-in/out services with a friendly, courteous manner and be attentive to guest needs.

Fluency in English is required, Mandarin is a plus. Strong organisational and communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a dynamic, energetic attitude are desired for a successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Related working experience in hotel/guest services.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Mandarin literacy is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Dynamic and energetic person.

Responsibilities

• Provide check-in and check-out services in a professional manner.
• Provide guests with a quality room orientation.
• Perform professional lobby patrol duties.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain accuracy of guest database input.
• Ensure room assignments align with guest requests.
• Assist Supervisors with daily tasks (Trace Report, Hot SOS follow up).
