Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is seeking a front desk professional to ensure efficient service delivery, handle check-ins, check-outs and room changes, and maintain accurate data in hotel systems.

You will greet guests in English and Chinese (Mandarin), respond to inquiries and complaints tactfully, and manage billing and cash handling procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position in Causeway Bay with a diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for front office operational efficiency and service delivery;
• Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems;
• Maintain and control the room status;
• Handle guest enquiries and guest complaints tactfully and efficiently;
• Monitor billing, cashiering and cash handling procedures;
