Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd is seeking a specialized transformation professional to lead and monitor operation transformation projects aligned with the company’s long-term strategy. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, leveraging technology, and documenting improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and customer experience.

The incumbent will develop testing strategies and conduct UAT, with a background in underwriting, claims, policy administration, or system testing.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Studies, Information System, Insurance or related field.
5+ years in underwriting/claims/policy administration or system testing (UAT) with transformational project experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; SQL and MS Visio helpful.
Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

Work with team leads to develop, implement and monitor operation transformation projects aligned with the company long-term strategy.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments to achieve project objectives.
Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Conduct analysis on systems and processes, gathering and documenting requirements for improvement areas.
Develop testing strategy and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
