Pure Hong Kong is seeking an Operational Transformation / Excellence Lead in Hong Kong to design and continuously refine the organization's operations transformation strategy and roadmap. You will translate business challenges into initiatives with clear success metrics and robust business cases, and lead end-to-end execution across multiple functions from discovery to go-live.

He/she will help design and continuously refine the organization's operations transformation strategy and roadmap, aligned to business growth priorities - translating business challenges into well-scoped initiatives with clear success metrics and robust business cases.

The role also involves leading end-to-end execution across multiple functions, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and governance.
