In this role you will drive process design, manage stakeholders, document user stories and specifications, and coordinate UAT and post-implementation reviews to realize value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation projects in insurance or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end insurance workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in building business cases, gathering ROI, efficiency gains and customer impact data.
• Translate business goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Coordinate UAT and post-implementation reviews to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Support agile delivery by maintaining backlogs, prioritising features, and producing change management artefacts.
