Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Transformation Delivery experience in insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in Agile lifecycles and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Exceptional communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional or matrix environments with IT, Compliance and Operations.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Transformation design across multiple business functions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze end-to-end insurance workflows to uncover friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases with ROI, efficiency gains, and customer impact insights.
• Create clear user stories, process maps, and functional specs for engineering teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Lead discovery sessions and manage stakeholder expectations throughout projects.
• Coordinate UAT and post-implementation reviews to validate outcomes.
