Job summary

CICC seeks an early-career Project Manager to develop and drive financial operations projects in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong.

The role requires coordinated planning, budget adherence, and proactive risk management to meet strategic objectives and satisfy internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in operations / project management in financial institutions
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Broad knowledge of financial products and markets, with experience in operations

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties to meet project objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
