CICC in Hong Kong seeks a professional to coordinate departmental needs and develop aligned business plans with our strategy. You will keep close contact with the sales team, drive optimization projects, and help ensure smooth cross-functional workflows.
You will assist with market research, plan formulation, system testing, and process mapping, as well as explore external partnerships with banks and brokerages, negotiating cooperation agreements while ensuring risk and compliance.
1. Coordinate departmental business needs and develop clear business plans aligned with the company's overall business strategy and current business operations.
2. Maintain efficient communication with the sales team, develop optimization initiatives based on operational needs, and drive the implementation of these projects.
3. Facilitate cross-functional and intra-departmental communication to ensure seamless and efficient business workflows.
4. Assist in the preparation and implementation of new business projects, covering market research, plan formulation, system testing, process mapping, and standardization.
5. Assist in exploring external strategic partnership opportunities, engaging with banks and brokerages, and driving the negotiation, structuring, and execution of cooperation agreements.
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with experience in cross-market business development, wealth management, or FinTech.
3. An excellent team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in work execution, coupled with a strong sense of risk management and compliance.
5. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is highly preferred.
