Job summary

CICC is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Operations professional in Hong Kong to provide accurate trade support and booking, and to conduct daily reviews ensuring data completeness and compliance. The role involves monitoring fund movements and reporting abnormal flows, while working with clients, brokers, depositories and internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade support ensuring accuracy of all trade-related matters and trade booking.
• Conduct daily reviews of executed trades to ensure the completeness and compliance of trading data.
• Monitor fund movements, identify and report any abnormal fund flows.
• Monitor and enhance control processes related to regulatory reporting.
• Communicate with internal departments and external parties including clients, brokers and depositories to resolve daily operational issues.
• Collaborate daily tasks with other operations teams, such as trade settlement, corporate actions, etc.
• Follow established procedures and perform appropriate controls.
• Support ongoing processes and control improvements and system enhancement projects.
• Perform additional duties as required by the company.

• Collaborate daily tasks with other operations teams, such as trade settlement, corporate actions etc.

• Perform additional duties as required by the company.
• TRS, Pnotes, Structured Notes, Cash Equity, Futures, FX, Rates, Commodities, SBL, Options, Fixed Income, Repo, OTC Derivatives
• Master's degree or above, finance, economics, accounting, law, computer science, or related majors preferred.
