Qualifications

• 对 IPO 操作和上市规则有深入理解。
• 熟悉港交所 FINI 平台的操作经验，包括提交配售名单、独立性声明等。
• 具备香港 IPO 结算代理经验及海外市场相关经历者优先。
• 熟悉 IPO 上市流程，能够提出切实可行的解决方案。

Responsibilities

• 协调与 ECM/DCM、投行及后台等团队完成 IPO 发行及一级债券发行的全流程，确保交易顺利完成与结算。
• 审阅相关协议，并从运作角度提出意见与建议。
• 确保所有流程符合内部控制与外部法规要求。
• 协助管理层落实政策与流程，并就资源配置及需求提出反馈。

Job description

工作职责：

• Coordinate with ECM/DCM, IBD Teams, and back-office functions to complete the whole process of the IPO issuance; primary bond issuance and placing deal from front to back to ensure trades settled successfully协调 ECM/DCM 与投行团队及后台部门，完成 IPO 发行、一级债券发行及配售交易的全流程，确保交易顺利完成及结算
• Review agreements and provide comments from an operational perspective审阅相关协议，并从运作角度提出意见与建议
• Ensure all processes are within proper internal control and in compliance with external rules and regulations保障各项流程符合内部管控要求，并遵循外部法规与监管规定
• Assist management in the implementation of policies and procedures and provide feedback on resource requirements and allocation协助管理层落实政策与流程，并就资源配置及需求提出反馈

任职资格：

Knowledge

• Thorough understanding of IPO operations and Listing Rules深入理解 IPO 相关操作及上市规则
• Experience in operating HKEx FINI platform for the submission of Placee List, Letter of Independence etc.熟悉并具备操作港交所 FINI 平台的经验，包括提交配售名单、独立性声明等
• Relevant experience in working in HK IPO as a Settlement Agent & overseas markets is an advantage具备香港 IPO 结算代理经验及海外市场相关经历者优先
• Well-versed in IPO listing process and be in a position to offer solutions熟悉 IPO 上市流程，能够提出切实可行的解决方案

Skills and Abilities

• Good communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese and English具备良好的中、英、粤三语沟通能力
• Proactive and self-motivated. Take initiative to study and research on new market and new business model积极主动，具备自我驱动力，能够主动研究新市场及新业务模式
• Good team player with adequate inter-personal skills具备团队合作精神及良好的人际交往能力
• Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines能够在压力及紧迫的时间节点下独立完成工作
• Good problem-solving skills and follow-up skills具备优秀的解决问题与跟进能力
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks适应快节奏工作环境，能同时处理多项任务

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above本科或以上学历
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience至少两年相关工作经验
