Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Cold Chain Operations Manager to lead warehousing and distribution for food & beverage clients in Hong Kong. You will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across cold chain processes.

The role requires 8+ years in logistics with 5+ in management, deep knowledge of WMS/ERP, and fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin. This is a hands-on leader role with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of logistics experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in food & beverage, FMCG, cold chain, or temperature-controlled logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation and distribution processes.
• Experience managing customer relationships and SLAs.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive performance improvements.
• Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of warehousing, transportation, and distribution for food & beverage customers.
• Manage end-to-end cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics operations.
• Act as the key contact for customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop warehouse, transportation, and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive process optimization to improve workflow, utilization, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, policies and safety standards.
• Manage escalations, service issues and operational challenges.
• Support growth initiatives, new customer implementations and transitions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 8 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience managing food & beverage, FMCG, cold chain, or temperature-controlled logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and distribution processes.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and drive performance improvements.
• Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
